At The Science Talk, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our digital products and services. However, due to the nature of these products and our payment processing methods, certain conditions apply.
1. Digital Products and Services
All sales of digital products and services (including but not limited to podcasts, online courses, downloadable resources, and consulting services) are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for these products once the purchase is confirmed.
2. Payment Processing with Stripe
We use Stripe to process payments for all digital products and services. Once a purchase is confirmed by the customer through Stripe, there is no way to automatically issue a refund. If a refund is granted under exceptional circumstances, it will be subject to Stripe’s processing fees, which will be deducted from the refund amount.
Exceptions – We understand that technical issues or errors can occur. If you experience a technical problem that prevents you from accessing a digital product or if you believe there was an error in the transaction, please contact our support team within 14 days of your purchase at contact@thesciencetalk.com. We will work with you to resolve the issue, and if necessary, provide a refund or credit. Please note that any approved refund will still be subject to Stripe’s processing fees.
3. Consulting and Other Services
If you have purchased a consulting service or any other service from us and are not satisfied with the service provided, please contact us at contact@thesciencetalk.com within 14 days of the service delivery. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis, and any approved refund will be subject to Stripe’s processing fees.
4. Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again. Then, contact your credit card company or payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank, as there is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
